Beaded Beasties Turquoise Dragonfly Mini Box Frame
Good things really do come in small packages as this turquoise dragonfly proves! At just 12cm square (4 3/4 ins) this mini box frame is home to a moonlit scene created from new and recycled materials.
A mix of new crystal, glass and metallic-finish beads make up the Beaded Beastie with printed acetate wings. Recycled silver-coloured cylinders, flower heads, chain links and the moon disk plus tiny seed pearls and blue bugle beads make up the rest of the scenery. Recycled card suggests a watery environment all mounted on a printed watercolour background.
The box frame has a hanging hook on the back but can just as easily be displayed freestanding on a shelf or table. An ideal gift for any dragonfly/insect lover or a treat for yourself! Unique as always.
