Despatch and Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with every purchase you make from Present Perfect. We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within a day of receipt (except over weekends) but it may take a little longer at busy periods.

Please note that orders for multiple items may be despatched in more than one parcel. Some orders may, at our discretion, be despatched by Royal Mail Signed For service and require a signature on delivery. Sterling silver jewellery is required to be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will require a signature.

Our postage options are:
Standard Delivery is FREE on orders worth £50 or more.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail second class (3-5 working days).
Upgraded delivery is by Royal Mail first class (1-2 working days).
Next Day* delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
*(Please note this service cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders despatched on a Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery).

If you are not completely satisfied we're sorry to hear that. In the first instance please contact us either by email or telephone to let us know that you will be returning the item. Then simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn, if applicable. For reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty. Items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund within seven working days, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item (stocks permitting).

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
